Lil Mama Advocates For Heterosexual Right Movement

Rapper and reality TV personality Lil Mama proclaims to “start a heterosexual rights movement” Apparently she feels that the right to slam the LGBTQ people is a right.

Lil Mama recently got dragged for her tirade on instagram

“So children are too young to smoke cigarettes, too young to drink alcohol, too young to get a driver’s license, too young to go to a club, too young to gamble, too young to rent a car, but old enough to cut off their genitals and/or ‘change’ their gender? This is insanity America,” she said, adding that transgender people are “depopulation at any cost.”

After facing backlash on social media for her anti-trans rhetoric, she was back with an Instagram story saying, “I’m about to start a heterosexual rights movement.”

“Y’all fight so hard to be respected and SOME of you NOT ALL get a kick out [of] bullying people for having an [opinion],” she wrote. “There are so many people afraid to give their honest [opinion] because if they do the LGBTQ+ will hear what they want to hear and take statements out of context.”

Lil Mama hoped to gain some sympathy points by saying she had “loved ones of the LGBTQ+ community,”in an effort to prove she isn't “not trying to hurt anyone, I’m just speaking my truth, just like you all.” Wonder if she knows that read like "I have black friends" from white people?

Some of the responses to her public shenanigans brought up a moment when Lil Mama was a judge on America’s Best Dance Crew. A transgender dancer, Leiomy Maldonado appeared on the show in 2009. Her critique of Maldonado included an insensitive speech about how the dancer’s “truth” is “you were born a man” and then admonished her to “act like a lady” and even called her “transgendered,” as if her identity was somehow at fault for her dance performance.
